It's Good To Be Confident...Right?

As we were drving home from school today.....Addison my 12 year old daughter....and I looked at each other and giggled when we heard......Elliot my 2 year old daughter.....singing "The Wheels on the Bus"! We didn't giggle, because it was so stinkin' cute which it was; but we giggled because she was singing the following words to the tune of "The Wheels on the Bus"....are you ready for this? AND I am not kidding sister....this is exactly what she sang...." The Elliots on the bus say I Love You, I Love You, I Love You....The Elliots on the bus say I Love You....all through the town!!!"
Ahhhhhh.....sweet right?
THEN.... we heard the next verse....
"The Elliots on the bus say I Am A Princess, I Am A Princess, I Am A Princess....The Elliots on the bus say I Am A Princess....all through the town!!!!"
Good Golly Miss Molly....I giggled a little, but then I thought to myself....maybe NPayne was right....maybe I should quit telling her she's fabulous all the time....maybe I should quit letting her dress up in a tutu and a tiara whenever she wants to....maybe I'm creating a vain child....maybe I'm creating a monster....maybe I shouldn't get so much pleasure out of her cuteness....maybe I should quit telling her that she is a princess, because her Father is the King of Kings....maybe I.....
NAAAAAHHH!

I tell all my children that they are princesses and a prince, because their Father is the King of Kings....Elliot may not realize what that means now; but she will soon enough! She will!
